With our cancellation allowance, customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the start time without incurring any penalties. If you need to change the date or time of your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours before the start time. This allows you to simply modify your schedule to better suit your needs. However, it's important to note that a deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit ensures that your reservation is secured and guarantees the availability of our services for you. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling after the specified time frames, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
