Service Description
Size of a property must be no bigger 2 bedroom flat with 2 beds only and 1 bathroom. No sofa bed or extra bathroom is indluded in the price - this will be extra £10 each payable via invoice. Price includes washing, drying and ironing dirty laundry from the day. Spare set of laundry for is required for the day of cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: Time of cleaning is estimated and can be completed within shorter time as it can happen that more than 1 cleaner will attend the property. The price is for service per change-over.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate those changes whenever possible. With our cancellation allowance, customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the start time without incurring any penalties. This gives you the freedom to adjust your plans without any financial consequences. In addition to cancellation, we also offer rescheduling options. If you need to change the date or time of your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours before the start time. This allows you to simply modify your schedule to better suit your needs. However, it's important to note that a deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit ensures that your reservation is secured and guarantees the availability of our services for you. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling after the specified time frames, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
